Kreativ Alchemy Pricing & Packages

Kreativ Alchemy provides transparent pricing and service packages to help you plan your budget accordingly. With our pricing model, you know exactly what you will pay and exactly what we will deliver in return. For all projects, Kreativ Alchemy charges a non-refundable, 50% deposit upfront.

Website

Kreativ Alchemy will…

  • Build a website with six essential pages (Home, Internal 1, Internal 2, Internal 3, Blog, and Contact). We encourage you to use WordPress, but we are open to using other web builders if you strongly prefer something else.
  • Design the website to match your brand aesthetic (colors, fonts, shapes, icons, textures, images, etc.).
  • Connect your email marketing system, allowing visitors to subscribe to your email list directly from your website.
  • Coordinate your domain and hosting specifications, i.e., instruct you to move your domain to our hosting account, or instruct you to give us admin access to your hosting account.
    • If you choose to move your domain to our hosting account, we monitor and maintain your website function, SSL certificate, and plugin updates for $50/mo (you will still be responsible for the cost of your domain).
    • If you choose to keep your domain hosted on your own account, you will not be eligible for our back-end site maintenance services.

In addition to what’s included in the Basic Website Package, Kreativ Alchemy will…

  • Configure advanced website capabilities. Options include but are not limited to:
    • A powerful real estate website with features like a photo gallery, property search widget, Google Maps support, built-in social sharing, and MLS/IDX integration.
    • A booking and scheduling system that allows you to manage event schedules, schedule appointments, collect payments, and more.
    • A learning management system (LMS) that allows you to offer paid course content to subscribers.
    • A members-only dashboard that allows visitors to create an account on your website and access exclusive content.
    • A next-level application tracking system that allows applicants to sign up, log in, save applications as drafts, edit them multiple times, and submit them.
    • A custom, complex web application, like software-as-a-service (SaaS), with database storage, API calls, etc. Click here for an example.

*If any advanced or e-commerce website capabilities require a paid plugin, you will be responsible for the cost of the plugin. The cost of the plugin is not included in the price that Kreativ Alchemy charges for our services.

In addition to what’s included in the Basic Website Package, Kreativ Alchemy will…

  • Configure e-commerce website capabilities. We encourage you to use WordPress w/ WooCommerce or Shopify, but we are open to using other web builders if you strongly prefer something else.
    • Connect the website to your Stripe for payouts.
    • If you collect sales tax, connect your state tax licenses to calculate sales tax percentage automatically. You must consult w/ a tax professional to determine your tax obligations.
    • If you ship products, configure your shipping specifications.
    • Enable notifications to help you track sales and statuses.
  • Create one product listing for an existing product to test the website layout and checkout functions.
  • Build a product template that you can duplicate and use to create additional product listings.
  • Create a shop page on your website with product categories and filters.
  • Create a checkout workflow for users to add products to their cart, checkout, add payment information, and confirm their purchase.
  • Coordinate a video call to walk you through the process of creating a new product.

In addition to what’s included in the Basic Website Package, Kreativ Alchemy will…

  • Create and/or connect your Google Analytics account to your website.
  • Create and/or connect your Google Search Console account to your website.
  • Create and/or connect your Google Tag Manager account to your website.
  • Create and/or connect your Google Ads account to your website.

Copywriting

In addition to what’s included in the Basic Website Package, Kreativ Alchemy will…

  • Conduct an industry and competitor audit to develop a list of keywords relevant to your website and location.
  • Deliver to you a list of 20-50 high-volume keywords that you can use for future content creation.
  • Write search-engine-optimized website copy for every page on your website (Home ~500 words; Internal Pages ~350 words; Contact ~75 words).
  • Write search-engine-optimized Meta Titles and Meta Descriptions for every page on your website.

Kreativ Alchemy will…

  • Ghost-write 12 blog posts for you to share each month throughout the upcoming year.
  • Each blog post will:
    • Be roughly 500 words.
    • Be on a topic of your choice TBD the month prior to posting.
    • Include high-volume keywords to boost your SEO strategy.
    • Include a Meta Title and Meta Description for SEO.
    • Include a blog cover photo with search-engine-optimized Meta Data.

Kreativ Alchemy will…

  • Ghost-write 52 blog posts for you to share each week throughout the upcoming year.
  • Each blog post will:
    • Be roughly 500 words.
    • Be on a topic of your choice TBD the month prior to posting.
    • Include high-volume keywords to boost your SEO strategy.
    • Include a Meta Title and Meta Description for SEO.
    • Include a blog cover photo with search-engine-optimized Meta Data.

Design & Marketing

To help drive relevant traffic to your website, Kreativ Alchemy will…

  • Develop a comprehensive spreadsheet that explains the different types of social media posts, videos, and blog posts you should create; when each post should occur throughout the month; how to effectively promote each post; and what purpose each post serves in your brand strategy. The spreadsheet will include:
    • Your five most compelling content pillars, i.e. “Why should I post?”
    • Several content types that align with each content pillar, i.e. “What should I post?”
    • A five-week rolling calendar that shows when each content type should be posted and on what platforms, i.e. “When and where should I post?”
    • Trending hashtags and/or keywords (on applicable platforms) that align with each content pillar, i.e. “How should I post effectively?”

To ensure your posts maintain brand continuity and professionalism, Kreativ Alchemy will…

  • Design 20 branded Canva templates for your most critical social media posts that match your website and brand aesthetic.
    • Designs and dimensions based on your most frequent post types and the platforms on which you’re active.
